Established as a firm in 1998, PRA provides a variety of services associated with real estate. Our primary focus is Industrial, Commercial and Investment (I.C.&I.) properties. PRA’s core services include Appraisal & Litigation Support, Asset Management, Property Tax Assessment, and Corporate Brokerage . Through these various specializations, the firm continuously monitors the pulse of the realty market, which ensures our ability to deliver the “value added” services to our clients that they have come to expect.
